How about my other suggestions you ignored including deleting the temp files in those Appdata folders. As stated CCleaner can do it for you automatically or you can go through each one to delete them yourselves. In the past this is where the problem was.

When was the last time you had a Clean Reinstall?

For those who accumulate a lot of crapware and file buildup, its the perfect solution since once its set up and running as you like with your important apps, you can save a backup image to use in place of reinstall.

For now I'd run CCleaner - PC Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download
which is very good with cleaning out the temp folders. You can also do this manually on all the temp Application Data folders. Then I would do a boot time defrag with Puran Defrag Free Edition - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com which gets at System files and includes an Intelligent Optimizer on the Additional Operations tab that can speed things up.

The AppData folders are still not expanded to see the Temps and Temporary.

They are pretty small. I deleted what I could.

Nineteen GB is still a lot for AppData. What exactly is most of it when you drill down?

    IPhone backup. Bingo.

But that's only half. Most Appdata has much, much less.

Did you happen to notice how much CCleaner found last time on disk cleanup? More than 1gb I'd run it more often.
