So far the only thing I can find that makes sense is that part of McAfee is still hanging around.
Maybe (MfeEpeHost.exe) How did you uninstall McAfee?
Take a look in msconfig/startup and services Non Microsoft. Look for anything McAfee.
You can also look in Windows Task Manager/process.
What all did the NON-Dell people do with your computer?
This is another program you can look for things that are running.

I tried to uninstall it using the add/remove then ended up using Revo Uninstaller. What the non dell did to my laptop I really did not know they took remote of it and said it would take 20 minutes. After 4 hours of nonsence and finally relazing that they were not Dell I told them to go you know what. I just googled dell support and they came up as dell support and answered dell support but it was come company out of Canada working w/ India.......

When I got back on the phone w/ them the guy was just installing Firefox and said that would cur everything but said it would run in the background and Ie9 would still be my default. So why knows, I did see all kinds of DOS windows while all this was going on . Sorry I can not offer any other info. Since its a new laptop perhaps I will just reinstall the OS, but on the other hand this only comes up once and awhile when I turn it on

Well because of these things;
1. McAfee was not removed using their many online tools.
2. Your computer was accessed by a non wanted repair service.
3. Your computer was accessed by a wanted Dell repair service.
4. DllHost.exe could be about anything.
Because of these reasons the only thing I can think of is a Clean Install.
After that only install Windows Updates and Microsoft Security Essentials along with needed drivers if any. Make sure the Windows 7 built in firewall is activated.

Use your computer about a week without going crazy installing a bunch of programs, plug in usb gadgets ect.
Make sure your computer is working as it should. If so make a complete backup. Then add what you want one at a time and check again that things still work as it should and so on.

Looked through everything and found no traces of any leftover McAffe. Also discovered that I needed a Adobe Flash Player update so I also did that. Have tried restarting the laptop multiple times as also turning it off and turning it back on. Have not seen the com error again. Could the flash player update have anything to do with it?

Thanks
