Make sure your DllHost.exe
is located here

C:\Windows\System32

Are you having any other problems with your computer. Anything not working like a printer or anything plugged into a USB port ect.

What anti virus and firewall program are you using?
Please list all cleanup, tuneup ect. programs you use.

This will also help.

The laptop is Dell15r 5520 new and I have yet to connect anyting to it, with the exception of a flash card that was removed.

I'm using Zone Alarm Internet Security Suite. Have used CC cleaner I think once.

This laptop came pre-installed w/ McAffe Antivirus I did have a lot of problems removing that, I eventually did. Also I got some tech support from what I though was Dell Support but turned out to be a NON- Dell company after I relised that they were not I told them I did not want any help..

At that time they installed Mozilla Friefox somehow to run w/ IE9 but not be seen, the reason that they did this I had a hell of a time connecting wirelessly. It woukd take forever, everything seems to be working ok and I only get the com error upon startup and that is only occaisionly.

Could possibly be from having a weak wireless signal?

Sys32 intact:
