Si it has crashed. It advised you to do a "system restore". So go back in date/time (only registry, dll, exe... not data files). And you confirmed YES or OK. The rollback took place.

Repair action: System Restore
Result: Completed successfully. Error code = 0x0
Time taken = 115097 ms

Did you install special things like new drivers that may cause the problem? Anyway... it has rollbacked to previous state.

The startup failed today again. Then the computer restarted and startup repair started but it failed to repair the problem. The only driver I installed lately is catalyst I think. I am attaching again .dmp file and SrtTrail file, hope there will be something. Thanks a lot.

Well it said at the end that Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. I am also checking for viruses and malware. I guess if this continues i'll have to reinstall or try to repair Win from dvd?

so this is fake. I've seen it before
Repair action: System files integrity check and repair
Result: Failed. Error code = 0x490

did system restore succeed then?
Repair action: System Restore
Result: Failed. Error code = 0x1f

Try creating a manual restore point now. And rollback to that point same point. Works?
