Hi Yash Baheti, Welcome to the forums, Your HDD may be failing ,Have you tried the sfc /scannow command ? SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker this will check for any corrupt system files . Then you can try the start up repair Startup Repair if this fails go for a repair install Repair Install you will not lose any of your files by doing this :)

Without testing your hard disk their is no way of knowing.
It would help if we knew your system specs and the name of your hard disk. (manufacture)
    Use this

System Info - See Your System Specs

    This is also very good

Download and install Crystal Disk 5.3.1, run it and it will tell you what condition your drive is in. Let us know what it shows.

    Crystal Dew World

This could also be caused by a loose power or data cable. Let us know how you make out.

You could also download the hard drive testing tools from Western Digital
