High Consume of Physical Memory without using Programs

Hello .. guys need help ..not a pro in computer
got a problem of my memory consume .. too high without using any program updater anything else ..when i starup . its almost use
800 mb ..

My Processor Is AmD 64x2Dual Core processor 5000+2.60Ghz
Ram 1 gig
System type 32 bit
Video Card Inno3d Geforcegt 220 1gb sddr3

800MB is not too much RAM for W7 to be using... especially with that video card. It takes some system RAM to make use of the RAM on the video card. The more RAM on the video card, the more system RAM needed to make use of it. I don't understand why that is, that is just what I've seen and read.

You can either add more system RAM (if possible) or spend time researching which apps you can safely prevent from starting. What anti-virus tool are you using?

As an experiment, you might see if MSE uses less system RAM for you.

my normal .. memory used only 300+ ... it become 800 -_-

That is quite a change :-(

All I can suggest is to look around in Resource Monitor's memory tab for the culprit.
