Windows 7: Facing problem on start

Facing problem on start

i am a fresh user of Windows 8 Enterprise Edition when i installed Window 8 its work fine but after one day when i start my PC i can's access the menu on start up after welcome message i can see only mouse cursor on black screen...i am using avast antivirus on black screen i goes to Task manager and uninstall avast then problem is solved my 1st avast was a cracked i again download a free version of avast and install it. it work fine but again after one day the problem comes...i disabled avast from start up in task manager the problem solved..again enabled and restart the PC the problem solved...restart the PC again and again to confirm problem with avast but i think its work fine..but i can's understand what is the problem here...now my PC is on and think problem occurs again any time...is there any solution????
i miss my windows 7 after this...please help me
