Log out?
My screen doesn't show a logout option on the top of the page yet the help says there is one...what's the deal?

Could you post a screenshot of it?
In the mean time, see if this may be it.
CTRL+ALT+DEL Screen - Add or Remove Log Off
or
Start Menu - Enable or Disable Log off

I think he's using one of the skins that has the log out link at the bottom-right of the page.

Ah, for here at Seven Forums.
If so, then yep the log out link will be at the bottom of every page.

"It's at the bottom-right part of the page. It will say "Log Out taxea". Well, duh!

If you want it on the top, then try any one of these skins:
- SF Pastel
- SF Pastel Wide
- EF Style
- SF Blue
- SF Blue Wide
