Laptop Went into Hibernation because low battery,Can it damage/harm l

I was watching a movie and forgot about the battery being low then suddenly my laptop went into hibernation mode(screen went black) when I plugged in the ac adapter I pressed the power button and it stated "Resume windows" and I'm worried if it can damage/harm the laptop.

My question is can this damage/harm the laptop?

Shoudnt be a problem on a healthy laptop.

sleep is a resume state written to your ram and hibernate is the same thing only its written to a small file on your Hard drive which will resume your session after you reboot after losing power.

Just let it resume and you wont have a problem.

The only time hibernation is a bad thing is where we are using SSD drives instead of mechanical.
