I am very sure the DVD is fine, it have not been used by anyone but me, and this is the first time i'm using it since I installed it.
It can be broken .... although very unlikely.

You can try Repair Install
But I'm not sure if that's allowed from "safe mode"

I tried to make a new user, and it booted up completly normaly

for my HD's I have 3 them, one SSD that I am running windows on, and the other two for storage, I have fysicly diconnected them from the machine.

I could not acces the desk with the new user, so I tired in orignal user safe mod

I have tried to type chkdsk/f C: in CMD before, and I have runned planned scans on the computer.

I have tried shc/scannow to, no results

So new user works fine without issues? It shows the desktop and icons?

yes, no problems at all, just like the old one would (just without all the old ones icons, files ETC)

it is worth mentioning, (should have mentioned this earlier, I know)

I have had some trojan problems before all this happened, I tried to scan with AVG (results, could now handle), Avast (results, can handle if computer restarts).

so I did, I started it, then avast started to scan for about 1 and an half hour, then said there were a number of problems, and if I wanted to repair or delete them, and I just thought that avast found the trojans, so i told it to delete them, about and hour later I found the computer deleting corrupt / damaged files all over the machine. I told it to stop and it said it had deleted over 60 files.

I tried to start the computer up again, it worked, and I downloaded Malwarebytes as a friend recommended. after it was finished to download and install, it told me to restart, and after that it would not start again.

so I started in safe mode and run the scan with Malwarebytes after it all went to hell, and it said it had removed 6 trojans.

interesting turn just happened, when I plugged in the two ther HDs in in the computer, and then tried to run the original user, it got to the point where it showed me the taskbar, and the background, but it just kept on loading and nothing happened.

but then when I tried to run the "test" user, it stoped at the "welcome" screen

and I tried to run the CD som inside safe mode on the original user, it was stopped by it telling me I did not have enough space on the disk (no shit it an SSD)

I reached a point in all this where I was able to use the C disk and my largest storage disk, So what I did was to copy the entire C disk to a safe file in the storage disk, then all I did was to formate the C disk, and just take it from there!

thanks a lot for the help Kaktussoft!
