Deleted Files in Appdata

Recently I presumed that my computer was affected by viruses and cleared all my appdata in safe mode.
After that i had some problems.When i right click on a folder only very few options are visible.

Please use this for screen shots. I and many others don't like going off site for screen shots. Just not safe.

Because you have deleted a bunch of things I would try a restore point before this happened. Then I would run full updated scans with your anti virus and these.

Free Online Virus Scanner | ESET

What anti virus program do you use?
If any infections are found please post what was found.
