Preview of programs is blank when hovering over the icon of the program.

Try to open few iexplorer instances and then in taskbar properties in the "taskbar button" dropdown select "Combine when taskbar is full" . Now hover over the explorer icon it displays blank preview. Please view attachment for further details.

    Hello ashutosh,

It may be a glitch with yours, I see the list of opened windows when I have mine set this way. You might see if logging off and on, or restarting the computer may clear the problem.

You need Areo enabled to get the previews working and by the looks of it you don't, what are your system specs?

    Good catch Mr GRiM.

Ashutosh, you may need to refresh your WEI score to enable Aero also.

Indeed you need aero for that. Strange thing though, you don't even get a title for the app.

Another thing here, is that there are times where the preview of a window needs you to click and open the window so Windows can refresh its preview thumbnail.

For instance, if you have open windows and you can see their preview, and you put your computer to sleep and back on, hovering over the application shows you a blank white window with an icon in the middle, instead of the preview thumbnail. If you open the window first, then the thumbnail is refreshed and shown...

I am having the same problem, so I will have to enable AERO.
    Thanks.
