    NZXT cases

I just felt compeled to share with everyone something about this company. I have purchase several cases from them. Well 1 of my Lexa cases I missplaced all the hard drive rails and the optical rails. So I contacted their customer service via email and stated that I had done this and wanted to know if I could purchase an acc. kit for it. They replied, If i would provide proof of purchase they would gladly send me the kit. I returned their email stating I couldn't find the invoice for that particular case, but I know they should have on record a couple of proof of purchases for 2 other cases I bought that 1 had a bad LED in the door which they sent and the other also had a bad LEd in the door which they sent the entire front panel for. And since I couldn't provide them with the invoice I would gladly pay for the kit. That was last Wensday. I didn't hear back from them, then today I go to the door and fedx had a package from them with a full acc kit at no charge. Now that is some kind of customer service.
