    It's valuable in giving more specific suggestions to help people out, in your case, it tells us what graphics card you have in case a driver update is needed.

    Among other things, it keeps people from having to ask what sort of hardware you have. :)

    Not sure if this will help, but it certainly won't hurt to run this system file checker while you wait for other suggestions.

    SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Start at option two, you have to run as admin, which means you have to right click and select "Run As Admin" on the command prompt.
