If you need to contact me particularly you just need to click on the Avatar and under my "old" pic there is a grey bar where it says send message click on it and it gives two options - pick which sort of message you want to send and well send:)

Seems like something is wanting to keep you hooked up to the net for whatever reason.
Now just as a bit of insurance how about making a thorough back up of all your data - just in case it needs a reinstall.
PS Just as an after thought it might be worth doing this SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
doing a toolkit scan now, willredo a sfc scan nesccesary
found 6 unsigned programs, most i use regularly. and one driver : ITDriver. copyed all to quarintine. doing sfc scannow
sfc scan didnt find any integration violations. let me try to shutdown when connected to internet
scanning with malware byte anti roptkit beta right now
popped up clean. Idk what it is?
The scannow PC ideally should be run three times and for another rootkit scan use this one
