Deny/Block Log Off Access to other users for a specific account

Hello

I want another administrator account or any other account to NOT have log-off permissions to an administrator account. Forcefully.

I do not want to block task manager or anything else, it's specifically log-off permissions, usually done through task manager. The Administrator account in question is also hosting RDP so I also want to block anyone logging-off of that session as well if it's done separately.

Doesn't matter whatever inherited privilegies other accounts have, ONLY the owner of the account should be able to log-off IT SELF, nobody else!

I have searched and found nothing on web, looked in gpedit a bit but doesn't seem helpful.

Group Policies may do this for you. Check this post, if you haven't already seen it. See "OPTION TWO"

NOTE: Group Policy Editor is only available in Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate, and Enterprise editions. Your version is not shown on your post.
