Custom Right Click Search in OS

Is it by chance possible to add a custom "Right Click" option? For example I want to be able to right click an image on my PC and click "Search Internet / Google" and it opens a browser and begins looking for similar images?

I don't need any "Why" comments I want to know how and if it's possible.
