Computer shuts off randomly, mostly during first few seconds of bootup

I'd also test the HD with maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan.

Once the hardware is confirmed wipe the HD with Diskpart Clean Command accessing DISKPART At PC Startup to clear the boot sector of code, then follow these same steps closely to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Make sure to note how drivers are handled in Win7 as it is different than in the past.

I can't boot up from the usb as my computer doesn't get into bios at all. Btw, i'm starting to hear 2 beeps right after i press the power button, then it shuts down. has it anything to do with my ram?

Apart from that my computer keeps showing no hard drive detected but the hdd light on my casing is blinking and its working perfectly fine.

It depends on which bios you are using for beep codes, the fact that it is emmiting beep codes means it should be fixable.

Have you tried to boot with only one stick at a time? With the stick in the first slot. You can try to reset your bios in case it has become corrupt.

The same problem occurs, I can't even get to memtest, and if i do it wont run for even 1 pass without shutting down. 1 thing i've noticed about the shutdown is that if it's shutting down from desktop, it will close all my applications before shutting down.

EDIT: ok i have the slightest inkling that its my RAM, ill get new RAM tmr and ill update this thread accordingly. meanwhile thanks for all the help

Confirm that it's initiating and completing a full shutdown ("Logging off Windows" followed by "Shutting down")

Did you try removing one at a time each stick of RAM to see if it resolves the issue and isolates a problem stick?

Boot into BIOS setup to look over all of the settings. Are the HD and RAM detected and register correctly?

Why can't you boot a CD? Did you follow the steps shown in How to Boot A Computer from CD or DVD - YouTube.

If you don't have a CD drive, then make sure you wrote the ISO to flash stick correctly using Universal USB Installer then look for it by name in the one-time BIOS Boot Menu by tapping its key at boot, under USB, REmovable or HD's. You may need to expand a listings. 90% of failures to boot disk or stick are user problems.
