Computer wont read disc

    Computer wont read disc


    I'm trying to install a game on my computer but it wont read the disc.
    It works on other computers but it wont work on mine.
    Any suggestions?

    Have you tried playing Music CD's? Do you hear the CD/DVD drive spin up?

    I hear it spin up but then nothing happens.

    Sometimes Auto Play may be disabled and the CD or DVD needs to be run manually. Go to start > click on computer > does the Disc Drive icon change whenever you put in a DVD or CD if so you should be able to double click on it.
    If it doesn't change, or nothing happens please take a picture of device manager.
    To open device manager press the
    Windows key on keyboard + R
    type devmgmt.msc
    Do you see any weird yellow marks anywhere
