Is it possible to make a perfect copy of a user account?

I want to create a generic account in Windows, but one that is identical to the current user account. Why? I know I can create a new user account and they'll have access to all the same programs, but I'll have to recreate all the email accounts and font sizes and countless other customizations and settings. Is it possible to somehow do this?

Thanks, I'll credit you with solving my issue, and return to seek more help if that technique doesn't work. I had no idea there was essentially a built-in feature!

Thats cool, I hope it works. From what I read, not so much built in, kinda have to jump through hoops. FYI I Googled that for you because your post made me curious. Please post your result back here.
