The option is meant for data drives, not OS drives as it can ruin Win7 by compressing the boot files.

There is a fix for it here: BootMGR Compressed Message at Boot Fix - Vista Forums

DO NOT compress your C drive. I did this a few years ago when running WinXP and the resulted in having to do a fresh install because system would not boot up!

Just bought an LG Dare phone. Has anyone here figure out how to add music, etc to it? I want to figure out how to sync it thru WMP. It does not seem to recognize it. Do I need a micro sd card in it first? The usual questions I guess.....
