Admin Permission help

Everytime I try and move a file this pops up and has me click Continue. Is there anyway around this? or a way to shut it off?

Have you tried right clicking on your pictures folder > properties > security > advanced > your username > change permissions > edit > tick on enable full control.

The above will work. Or else apply administrator privileges to your current user account.

Sorry to butt in. Why, as sole user with admin rights, do I sometimes encounter the problem? Akthough it is mostly cured by clicking on continued, in a few instances I am baffled how to deal with it.
