Windows 7: how do i switch users

how do i switch users

i accidentally switched users when i trying to log in...there is no option to switch back....i have tried control, alt, delete but nothing happens

Click the arrow beside the Restart button, then Switch User.

there is no arrow by the restart option...in the lower right corner there is a red square that has two options...the left is "shut down" and the right brings up 3 more options "restart" "sleep" and "shut down"...but there is no arrow

Hit the windows button and the L button at the same time, this will lock your account. From the account locked screen you should be able to choose another account.

Note: Don't do this if you don't know the user pass, because you'll be unable yo log back on without it.

In the start menu, look at "shut down", the arrow THERE, then choose switch user.

Try shutting it down and powering back up?
