Some settings are managed by your administrator

The weird thing here is I'm the administrator and the only account of my laptop!

I'm trying to change some settings but to my surprise I found this

I have no other accounts in my laptop (I am connected to a network though, but I don't think that's the problem), and I am the Administrator. Please help me.

You might see if using step 1 in OPTION ONE of the tutorial below may be able to enable changing Display and DPI settings again for you.

Display Settings - Enable or Disable

Afterwards, I would recommend to do a full scan of your system with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free just to help make sure that your system is clean if you didn't disable that setting by mistake.
