I wouldn't do that if I were you..

I do recommend you to use canned air, that's a lot easier and safer!

Canned air 1
Canned air 2

Good luck!

The price was about 800 Indian Rupees, equivalent to $15US.

The pictures look like full-sized electric leaf blowers, but I imagine they're much smaller than that.

They might be safer than canned air: no worries about spraying cold liquid into the PC.

My main concern would be that the air velocity might be too low. A PC duster should have a relative low volume of air at high speed. A nozzle off a high pressure, oil and water free, air compressor would be effective. It might be too effective, and damage some of the more fragile components,

The only caution I have for using this is to make sure the blast from it doesn't spin the fans to avoid damaging them.

Ooh, did not see that.
Well the picture says "heavy duty blower" so I immediately thought of a lawn blower.

And the description reads "This unit is great for cleaning a computer or electrical gadgets or air drying your car after washing"

Either it is a big machine or it's for a very small car!

Unplug the computer, carry it outside, put it on the car. Start the blower.

Or you can tie the case down on top of the car and hit the highways.

Placing a lawnmower on top of the case will also do a good job.
