1st question=> Is it safe to use a blower?
2nd question=> If the answer to 1st ques is yes, then which one to buy?

Erm, so you want to buy a €800 heavy duty blower to clean your pc case?!
I wouldn't do that if I were you..
I do recommend you to use canned air, that's a lot easier and safer!

I have to agree with nommy the first here. That blower could blast your internal components clean to Nepal! Canned air and patience is called for here.
I've looked at the Ebay details and can't think of anything worse than one of these machines to clean out the dust. It says it is good for drying a car so I would stick to that and that only. The appliance appears to be plastic and connected to mains electric. Can't think of anything worse for building up the static electricity and zapping all the chips in sight including all your 16gb of RAM!!
Try to locate a can of DRY compressed air that is made for the job and even with that make sure you wear an earth strap properly earthed before removing the side of your PC!
Sorry I crossed here but we all say the same by the looks of things!
I agree about everything you said mitchell65! You said it much more vividly and in detail than I did though. I've got one of these and so far I like it better than canned air.

You may already know this, but be sure to disconnect the power from the computer and wait a couple of minutes before opening the case and use a ground strap to avoid any static electricity transfer. I would advise against using the blower, a can of compressed air is sufficient as previously stated.

Definitely not, especially for one time use..
I worked for a PC repair company that used a big air tank that cleaned the dust out of a box very quickly, but thats overkill for you.
