Messed up with MBR now computer doesn't startup

    I have an acer laptop
my problem started when i wanted to extend my c partition because it had no space at all
but it wouldnt let me do it so i ended up converting my disk to dynamic disk and i wanted to convert it back to basic and i order to convert it i installed (windows 8) and deleted all the partitions then downloaded Easeus partition manager and converted the disk into basic again, now that i've converted it to basic again i wanted to restore the laptop to factory settings to get back the genuine windows 7 but i couldnt restore it so i downloaded easy BCD program and messed with the mbr settings so bad and restarted the laptop and then it gave me this message
    Copyright (C) 2000-2008 Broadcom Corporation
    Copyright (C) 1997-2008 Intel Corporation

    Broadcom Base Code PXE-2.1 v1.1.0

    Copyright (C) 1997-2008 Intel Corporation
PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
    PXE-MOF: Exiting Broadcom PXE ROM

so i thought if i installed any windows it would fix the problem so i had an old XP CD windows so i started installing it but during installation a blue screen appeared saying that it crashed and gave me error 0x0000007B

now i'm hopeless and i don't know what to do PLEASE helpp.
    thanks in advance..

Enter BIOS & change device boot order, to

    1) HDD
    2) CD/DVD
    3) Broadcom Base Code PXE-2.1 v1.1.0
    4) Than reinstall Windows 7 with Acer Recovery disc's.

       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.
    startup repair disc-create

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

See if you can run Acer factory recovery this way: Acer Support: Recovery media and Restoring a system to factory load.

If it won't run then download and burn to DVD or write to flash stick the Win7 version you own using the Product Key on the COA sticker to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Delete all partitions during reinstall, be sure to follow the steps closely and you'll end up with a perfect install.
