Windows 7: How to Unpin Libraries

How to Unpin Libraries

I'll preface this by saying I won a position as Windows 7 party host and I am currently operating with Windows 7 Ultimate, not an RC or Beta.

Now my question:
I want to pin a few items to my start bar directly(i.e. other folders, my computer) but when I try it just places them in the Jump List for my Libraries folder that is pinned. What is the way around this? I can remove the Libraries folder from the start menu but it just places it right back again with said item pinned in the jump list. Thanks in advance for any help.

Alright, the only thing that's not working for me now is putting a traditional Show Desktop icon on the toolbar. I followed a tutorial and got it into the taskbar on the right but I'm unable to drag it to the left to pin it with the rest of my icons without it wanting to stick inside another folder as part of a Jump List. Any ideas?

You know you already have the desktop button at the far right end of the taskbar? Hover over it and it lets you "peek" at the desktop, click it and it does the exact same thing as the old "show desktop" button. The functionality is much better than the old button.

Yeah, I'm just so used to it being directly next to the start menu I wanted to recreate it.
