System Health Report - Service exited with code not equal to 0 or 1077

A service is reported as having an unexpected error code
Cause: One or more services has failed. The service did not stop gracefully, suggesting the service may have crashed or one of its components stopped in an unsupported way.
Details: Service exited with code not equal to 0 or 1077
Resolution: Restart the service

Hi, I seem to have some kind of a problem with my computer, but I have no idea what it could be. I generated a system health report because I was curious to see the results, and here I am baffled by this error. Could someone please help me with this? I do not know if it is a hazardous problem for my PC or not, but I thought it would be wise to check in with the forums.
Just to clarify, I have win 7 64-bit.

Run SFC /SCANNOW Command to check system File integrity.

If it finds errors it can't repair, try running it again repeatedly until it is clean.

If it won't run try SFC /SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot.

Report back results and continue checking over your system with the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

SFC just fixed a few windows media sound files that I had deleted intentionally. It was unable to fix some of the errors. Also, I am not going to take 18 steps to fix a problem that may not have an effect on my computer. Do you have an idea what it is about?

Start with the steps for Clean Boot.

Deleting system sound files is indicative this could very well be self-inflicted. Have you made other modifications or use any tweaking or optimizing suites, which are problematic with Win7?

Where did you get Win7, and how is it activated?

If you don't want to do the other steps to go over your PC thoroughly and become more familar with it, then take it to a shop. This is the top tech forums on the web but we are not wizards who can divine the cause of problems because people who ask for help are too lazy to do the work.

I merely deleted a start navigation sound file and replaced the shutdown sound in the windows Media folder. Win 7 was installed and activated from an usb. It is not that I wouldn't like to go through the steps with my pc nor am I lazy, but if you read what I said before, I am not going to go through *18* steps that probably have nothing to do with my problem whatsoever. I would like help from someone who has experienced this issue him/herself, instead of suggestions that are shooting in the dark, so to speak. I appreciate the help, I do, but I won't spend my day trying fixes that, again, probably won't alleviate or solve my problem at all.
