    Devices & Printers Page


    Hi.I have a laptop running windows 7 home premium.
    Over the past few days something very strange has happened,When I open the Devices & printers page from the start method Its Blank nothing there I have a cordless mouse , And its connected to a home group.
    The strange thing about it when I want to print a document etc I select the print method and it shows my default printer and my wireless printer on the drop down menu but nothing shows up in the Devices & printers page.
    Have tried a system restore that didn't do anything.

    Any help here please.

    Thanks for that bit of info but when I copied and pasted the ''start shell:::{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}\0\::{2227A280-3AEA-1069-A2DE-08002B30309D}''Into command prompt box all the printers were there but not in the page where they should be.
    Any further info Please.

    maxie.Many thanks for the info.
    I did follow step 1.No Joy.
    I went to step 2,Ran the reg bit.Copy and pasted into command prompt with run as admin and a box came on screen

    here..
