I did some searching, but couldn't find an exact match. Your "notepad handwritten heavy pencil" font example has an unusual combination of that form of lowercase "a" and "e" along with both the "i" and "t" having that upswing.
Anyway, I did find a number of very good "handwritten heavy pencil" type of styles at several sites (free download), so you might search through these on your own if you're interested.
The ones I felt were the "best fits" for you were:
(a) Worstveld Sling
(b) Swagger
(c) Jayne Print
You can enter sample text in the preview area to see how that font appears.
But you should check out these font sites for some excellent handwritten fonts:
