    The DOS version
I used the Seatools for DOS, and it told me that the HD has bad sectors, do I run the chkdsk C: /f now?

Run Seatools CD extended scan again to see if it repairs anything. Then run a full Disk Check

I ran Seatools again and it couldn't fix anything, next I ran Disk Check(/f) and it ended in like 5 seconds...do I need to input more switches that just /f?

Edit: Hmm, I kept trying and it came up as a write protected disk..I looked around a bit and the only way to get rid of that is through DISKPART?
If that is so..then I take it my HD will have to be replaced since I can't access DISKPART, or is there something else I can do?

If you have the data off the HD, then try Quick wiping it with Seatools CD.

Then try the Clean Install Windows 7. Report back if it fails, at which steps and exact error message.

Next I'd try to define an Active partition using SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Recently, 2 days ago actually, I did a clean Win7 install and everything was fine for at least a day...then I kept getting spammed with something called Delta search or something pretty sure it was a virus, because since it appeared my laptop slowed down so much...after that I decided to restart it and go into safe mode to see if I could get rid of it. It didn't work.. as soon as I did that the computer started looping(it basically gets to the windows is loading screen and then it restarts, then again it gets to that screen and restart). So, I decided to do a clean install again, so everything loads up correctly (from a disc) and as soon as I press Install it gets stuck there in "set up is loading".

    How can I fix this?
I think you should play with your Browser Configuration and also see what features on your Add/Remove Menu are keeping Delta on your Computer

not Sure which Browser you are currently using but the most commons are:

    Firefox:

Open Mozilla Firefox. Go to Tools >> Add-ons.
Select Extensions. Uninstall the following extension: Delta 1.1.9 To remove Delta Toolbar.
Click the small magnifier icon at the right top corner. Select Manage Search Engines... from the list.
Select Search the web (Delta) and click Remove button. Click OK to save the changes.
Go to Tools >> Options. Under the General tab reset the startup homepage.

    Chrome:

Open Chrome. Click on the Customize and Control Google Chrome icon
Under "On startup", choose the option "Open a specific page or set of pages."
Click on "Set pages" and delete Delta's page from the list by clicking the small "x" icon besides it
In order to change the Search Engine in Google Chrome, please follow the instructions below:
Open Chrome. Click on the Customize and Control Google Chrome icon
Click on Settings > Under "Search" click on "Manage search engines...": If you see Delta Search as default, please click on a different option (Google, Bing etc.), make it default
Remove Delta by clicking the small 'x'
You may also check if any Delta extension is installed in your Google Chrome. For this, please do as follows:
Open Chrome. Click on the Customize and Control Google Chrome icon
    Go to Tools > Extensions
Remove any Delta extension (Translator, Toolbar) from the list by clicking on the small trash can icon that will appear when you point the cursor over it.

    Explorer:
Go to the Start Menu. Select Control Panel → Add/Remove Programs.
If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, select Control Panel → Uninstall a Program.
Search for Delta toolbar on IE in the list. Select the program and click Remove button.
If you are using Windows Vista/7, click Uninstall up near the top of that window.
Open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools >> Manage Add-ons.
Select Toolbars and Extensions. Uninstall everything related to Delta Ltd. from the list: Delta toolbar, Delta toolbar helper, Delta IE plugin, DeltaToolbar.com, etc.
Select Search Providers. First of all, choose Bing search engine and make it your default search provider (set as default). Then select Search the web (Delta) and click Remove button to uninstall it (lower right corner of the window).
Go to Tools → Internet Options. Select General tab and click Use default button or enter your own website, e.g. gooog.com instead of search.Delta.com. Click OK to save the changes.

**** Also look in the extension menu and add/remove menu for any Browser Manager or Browser Protector feature and remove them, they usually keep your browser settings even if you change them \\

    Good Luck
