Set different font size/dpi for each monitor/display?

So, I got a Benq G2400WD and a 32 inch LCD TV connected to my computer, to my ati 4890 graphic card, and i wonder if i could set a different font size/dpi on my LCD TV than whats on the Benq?

As far as I know, font/dpi settings are universal and can't be different for each display.

I can do it if the second screen has a VM full screened, but the "full screen" is reduced in size to the res I selected. Large black borders.

Essentially, that's two "computers" with one using each monitor, correct? I think that's the only way a Windows user could mimick different dpi/font settings.

Yes. A virtual second physical PC. And the resolution trick is less than usable (now that I have been trying it).
