    Cannot open any libraries

A few hours ago, I tried to open my documents library from the start menu, only to find that nothing happened. I tried it with the other library shortcuts (pictures, music, etc.) and the same thing happened. I tried restoring library defaults, but to no avail. Even trying to open the properties of each individual library would pull up an error window saying "The properties for this item are not available." I can still open my documents folder by accessing my user folder from the start menu, but using the library shortcut does nothing.

I've rebooted multiple times, and even tried a system restore, but the problem still persists.

I've tried that already. The library shortcuts still won't open.

I ran the sfc scan three times and rebooted after each scan. Every time it says "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

Can't seem to do a repair installation because it says I have a more recent version installed on my computer. I really don't want to totally reinstall windows just for this little thing.
