Windows 7 is in a boot loop and I can't launch startup repair

ALT-F10 isn't working, I'm not sure why my computer's acting seriously bad.

ALT-F10 is handled by the MBR. MBR has been modified by ACER and chceks if user presses ALT-F10. Did you do a startup repair? That replaces the MBR with a default win7 MBR.

You wanna do a restore factory settings? So bring it in a state as when you bought it. Correct?

Yeah I'm fine with that. I'm not sure how exactly to do it though, i do have the windows 7 disc. It's not acting right when I want to do the custom installation.

It stays at the acer boot screen for five minutes. And proceeds to the windows 7 installation.
