'Print and document' services won't turn on?

I go to Control Panel > Turn Windows Features On/Off > Print and Document and I continue to get an error. The default checks are in 'Internet Printing Client' and 'Windows Fax and Scan'. I've tried several times, reboot, and still get an error saying, "An error has occurred not all of the features were successfully changed." After the reboot nothing has changed.

I am running Windows 7, 64-bit.

Any suggestions?

Win+R > Type "sfc /scannow" and hit Enter, wait until the process completes, then try doing what you were trying to do, again.
