Hello Veljko, and welcome to Seven Forums.
  • If the computer is connected to a domain, then parental controls will not be available for it.
  • Parental Controls can only be setup while logged on to an administrator account.

Since your on a domain, you'll need to talk with the domain administrator. Only she/he will be able to set it.

This feature would be great. But is there a way to set up restrictions on my own account? I cannot afford to lose administrator privileges as I'm the only user of this computer and need to access system files frequently.
