    Taskbar disappears and start menu and desktop not working


    Whenever I open a program like Google Chrome or Spotify the taskbar disappears. If I need anything I'll press the start button but it disappears again once I go back to the program. And recently I haven't been able to use the start menu or even the desktop, I can't run shortcuts or shut down the computer. I can only run the shortcuts I have on the taskbar. What should I do?

    Hello Emilia, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    It sounds like you may have the program's window in F11 full screen mode. If so, you can press F11 to toggle between full screen and normal modes.
