Windows 7 recovery disc not finding windows 7

Hey guys. My sister's Dell (God I hate Dells) is having issues (like they all do)

Bootmgr is missing! So what do I do? I use my computer to burn a system recovery disc, but when I do, this happens...

how do I get Windows 7 to show up? Thanks

Hiyya Juba wub mate some specs on that Dell would be real good cos looking at your own specs shows an Asus and it isn't exactly at the top of your like list either.

Just the model will be good nobody can do anything until we know what it is :)

Oh, sorry about that (and I love my little ASUS, it's just no so great for my gaming purposes :P) anyway here are the specs

    Brand: Dell
    Model:Inspiron N4030
    Type:Notebook
    CPU: Intel Pentium Dual-Core P6200, 2.13 GHz
    RAM: 4 GB ddr3 RAM

    OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

sorry for the confusion (and I don't try to be a hater, but Dell is just a big NO on my list)

Hello Jubawub, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Using the system repair disc or a retail installation disc, you might see if the tutorial below to do a startup repair may be able to help fix this. You may need to run it a few times restarting after each time.

    Startup Repair

If that doesn't help, then try: Bootmgr is missing - Fix

    Hope this helps, :)

Try running Dell Diagnostics Utility - How to Run the to test your hardware.

Then work through these steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

If the steps that Gregrocker provided don't work . Download the drivers below . Extract the files to a flash drive and on the screen image you showed click on load drivers then search for the drivers . It should be a .inf file

    Download
