random freezing in Windows 7,cause of this?

I suspect you are pushing over the limitations of that 512meg video card, much faster sends to it, and it's not cutting it on the higher resolutions, otherwise known as a bottleneck, might be of lower tier PCI-Express versions which if it's a 1.x, that's a performance hit on a new motherboard that is most likely a 2.0+, sorry I was just going to say limitations, and avoid getting too techie.

I would probably go for a new card, depending entirely on budget and that 650w PSU is hopefully adequate for say a Radeon 7770 and some better probably, and you will be SO HAPPY with the huge improvements.

I just read an old article though that made me think twice about the requirements, as far as amount of RAM, but I still judge that 4650 as too weak for today, and why cripple your good new system with it.

About $120 USD for a typical 7770 seems to be the going rate.

Mind you multiple variants of same card there, as usual, to add to confusion.

I'm using resolutuion of only 1680x1050,whole time.When I installed Windows I got 1920x1080 but I switched to lower cuz fonts were too small.

The ones on Asrock are called AMD all in 1 driver ver:8.70a_WHQL allthough I don't know what all in 1 means.and are much bigger in size.
On AMD's website are revision number 13.1,on asrock 8.70a

AMD all in 1 translates to it having all the AMD chipset drivers in one package, thus the size increase.

WHQL means they have passed Windows Hardware Quality Labs testing, so I go with those over one not mentioning it.

Use dogpile.com to search on this stuff, will save you time.

So basically when I install Asrocks drivers I don't need to install graphic card (AMD catalyst driver)?

I would say no, the catalyst is probably not compatible with your 4650 any way, and add the latest Catalyst suite once you get the 7790 installed, but not before.

OK thx.Will install all in 1 driver now,and report you if it freezes again.That is the only driver I will install for now.

Can I somehow in Windows 7 when it happens find a conflict or what causes the freezing and now?Errror report or?

I've installed amd all in 1 drivers from asrock website,installed broadcom network adapter from asrock website too.put 2 basic programs,played some videos and listened to some mp3 music,surfed little over internet,everything works normal so far.Fan is quiet.Temperatures are between 40-50 C for MB and CPU.
What do you suggest me further to do?Try some stress test programs like I did?Try some pc game,or what?
I haven't installed display adapters,but I think it's installed over this all in 1 driver.

You might find a clue in Event Viewer.
