    Unable to change language from Spanish to English


    I have tried to do this via the controlpanel but this does not resolve it.

    Please can anyone help me?

    Hello dvtrv,

    The ability to change the display language is not available in Vista Home Premium. You will only be able to do so in the Vista Ultimate and Enterprise editions.

    Really? That's dissapointing.

    So there is no way to change the language at all?

    Sorry, but not with Home Premium.

    That's why it has a cheaper price than the Ultimate edition.

I am about to receive a new PC that will have a Spanish version Win 7 Home Premium. If I install that version and then buy an English version Ultimate Upgrade will that install and change the language to English? Or would I have to buy the Spanish upgrade and then get the language packs? Ken.
