Windows 7: Can I disable Application Service experience since problems?

I checked and there are tools out there, but I'm being told they are of little use, and it would be best if you used Belarc to check and audit..When it scans it leaves the updates at the bottom and will mark the missing ones with a red x.

I have found one tool that can help: Secunia PSI. This is version 3.0, and if you want version 1.0 or 2.0 you have to scroll down below where you D/L version 3.0 in the right hand panel.

The only difference is users got used to version 2, and when 3 came out they didn't like the GUI. Version 1 is too weak, best for XP and below.
