First of all I will need more details on this to help you.
So how did it happen? when did it? Did you install anything just before it happened?
You need to boot into System Recovery Options to run Startup Repair repeatedly. If it fails try System Restore, working backward.
If those fail start at the top of the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
I did not install anything, just come out suddenly.
I did try to run Repair Your Computer few times using CD, but the System Recovery Option windows DID NOT pop up, just keep loading.
I tried to boot on Windows 7 RE disk, still the same, System Recovery Option windows DID NOT pop up, just keep loading again, any idea?
Could you give me more details on how this happened? Did you install any new hardware or anything?
Where did you get the Win7 DVD? Did you burn it yourself? Burn another using ImgBurn at 4x speed from Step 6 of Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
Do you get a prompt to "Press any key to boot disk" when you set DVD drive first to boot in BIOS setup?
If not try triggering DVD with the one-time BIOS boot menu key given on first boot screen.
If it doesn't boot then there's something wrong with the DVD, ISO or burn. Is DVD new, clean and unscratched?
If DVD method fails then try the USB install method given. If that fails unplug the DVD drive and try again.
In very rare cases 5-10% where bootable media actually cannot be made to boot you can run a self-booting disk like the maker's HD Diagnostic or DBAN to wipe the HD which will force the installer to boot to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
You can rescue your files first using self-booting Paragon Rescue Kit Free Edition 11.0 Free
Guys, problems solved by chkdsk, ran hours of it and now it is done. Still clearing up BSOD done by the mess, half fix I guess.
We do not do half-fixes here. This is the top tech forums on the web.
Now boot the disk correctly and run Startup Repair several times to see if it finds anything.
Test your HD with HD Diagnostic extended CD scan.
