Unless you use specialized settings in the AMD Device driver software, I'd turn off everything at Startup and even consider uninstalling the Catalyst crapware in Control Panel if you have it.

You only need the driver which Windows Updates will provide following the steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 (same for retail). Enable Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware (Step 3)
