I notice these 3 services are always running. Is it necessary or can I disable them?

I Googled the first one and came up with this.

All seems self explanatory. Looks like you can safely "stop" it provided you don't use a dial up modem! I think if you Google the other two yourself you might have the same success!

I don't know how you can see how much memory a service is running, ( Does it relate to the amount of memory a Process is taking? ) but I noticed I have alot running.
