Very Weird Problem with libraries in Win 7

I'm running Win7 x64 ultimate, I had a Movies library and a couple days when I went to it, it was called Videos, So I renamed it to movies and the moment I pressed enter it was called videos again. I tried creating a new Movies library but it just says there is already a folder with that name. I renamed the now videos library to movie and it worked, but the moment I add the "s" it becomes videos again.

    Very weird any ideas

When I try to Rename Libraries into "Anime" it always changes into "Videos"

That is odd...no trouble creating a "Movies" or "Anime" library over here...
