Your USB drive is most probably infected with the shortcut virus.( I guess.)
Run and explore it in WinRAR, and post a screenshot of the contents of your USB drive in WinRAR.
You may download 32bit or 64bit version (as per your system) from WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files
