Font's appearing wrongly in multiple programs

I've noticed this in Eve Online Launcher, Steam Client, Spotify and a few other programs I've forgotten about.

My fonts on some programs are appearing strangely.

My 2 monitors are both size 1920x1080.
I use Display Fusion Pro & Rain Meter.
I also customize my PC a lot with custom themes, which involves editing stuff like Shell32.dll, though I only noticed this started happening a few weeks ago when I played about with Rain Meter and installed some fonts. I haven't changed Shell32.dll in a good 10 months.

Things I've done to try and fix this:
Control Panel > Fonts > Font Settings > Restore default font settings (did nothing)
Control Panel > Fonts > Font Settings > Adjust Cleartype Text (did nothing)
Install Cleartype Switch (did nothing)

Thanks for your time.

bump (not sure if bumping is allowed, but this isn't on the front page and I'm still in need of a fix)

This glitch seems to have fixed itself in a recent steam or windows update.

So much for thinking this forum was active...
