Can only boot in safe mode, don't know what is the problem

Hello, About a month ago I turned on my computer, with the result of the loading screen just kept on loading...and loading. Tried a couple of more times with no luck of getting anywhere. Pressed F8 and then took safe mode with network and then i've used it since then. I have no idea what has happened... Im grateful for any help I can get. kind regards

I would think that one of the system restore or start up repair options might work to fix this type of problem. :)

Hello, I tried the clean startup, it was same again, it loads then i wait to come to the login screen and it is black and the computer is loading.

If those don't work this machine is royally messed up. If I was playing football it would be time to punt.
