Secure a file with new password every time it has been moved

Hey windows 7 people ;-)
I had a problem about following:
I had scanned some books to some of my friends BUT THAT BOOKS shall not be given to another again only them, if your understand. I will therefore ask "Is there af methode to secure files so it had a new password every time the file had been moved so I example can give my friend 3 passwords so he can:
- Download it
- Move it to adobe reader in iTunes
- Take his iPad and open it in iBooks on iPad.
And the files from the computer he had downloadet it to shall be deleted and also them on adobe reader application on iPad?

So is there a method so there is a new password when it had been moved and if it is a copy shall the original be deleted?

File manager for secure file transfers
Hi, I'm looking for a file manager that supports FTPES and SFTP transfers. 64 bit and freeware would be nice. Capivara would be fine, but lacks FTPES.
